  • I was getting a birthday ice cream cake for a coworker. I looked into the freezer and found exactly what I wanted! I paid for it and told the guy behind the counter what I want written on the cake and that my husband will be picking it up at the end of the week. Five days later, my husband goes to pick it up with the receipt and the girl behind the counter has no idea about it. Tells him there's no cake, no record. After some confusion and frustration, my husband points out a cake in the freezer. He had to wait for them to write on the cake... When he brings the cake to me, it was priced $2.00 cheaper than what I paid for. The cake was delicious but our experience was terrible! Isn't this part of what they do besides scooping ice cream??? We like coming here for ice cream but my first experience getting a cake to pick up at another time was disappointing.
