  • Derek has the best customer service! He has gone above and beyond to help us get our air conditioning issues solved. We have a home warranty which has been completely useless. The company our home warranty sent out to repair our ac told us we needed our coils cleaned before they would do the repair. We decided to have Derek do that for us instead. He came out that same day to clean them. He informed us our coils were already clean and fixed the issue on the ac. He was honest and efficient. Mechanical MD will have customers for life. My mom has been using them for years also and has nothing but great things to say. If you need a good, honest, and efficient company who cares about his customers, look no further.
