| - Ok, for anyone who has stayed at a military lodging facility before, you know not to expect anything world class. The room isn't too bad at all. It has everything you need, including a microwave and refrigerator. The A/C controls are a little weird, but works just fine, and there is plenty of room. However...
The one thing that really annoyed me during my stay was the internet. It is flat out horrible! I am attending college online and I have only been able to do minimal work because I can't get anything to open. I can't access my textbooks, open articles, and my quiz timed out before I could finish it. I spoke to the lady at the front desk (they have been really nice by-the-way) and she basically just said the internet sucks and until the base or whomever gets them something else, we are stuck with it. Come on Air Force, AOL had better service in the 90's...
The towels also feel like I am drying off with crusty underwear.
For the price and location, this motel is a great deal. Like I stated before, the room is pretty nice and has all the amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do so as well, just be prepared. Next time, I am bringing my own towel and the cable dish off my house so I can stick it out the window and connect to the rest of the world.
