  • Horrible customer service! My fiancee had been buying a new purse at this store each year for at least the last 6 or 8 years so it was no surprise that she wanted a new one this Christmas! She gave me the picture of the one she wanted and the experience picking it up was terrific. The sales person assured me that if she had any issue with it she could come exchange it for whatever she wanted. When she opened it on Christmas day she immediately thought it might be too small. Imagine our surprise when we took it to the store the day after Christmas and they proceeded to tell us that the purse looked used and had stains and dirt in it! All my fiancee did was put her Louis Vuitton wallet into the purse at which point she knew it wouldn't hold all of her stuff. It seems that the store gives great service when you hand them $2800, but nothing afterwards. After we asked the store manager to show us where there was any stain or evidence of any use she stated "I don't owe you any explanation. I cannot do anything for you." All we wanted was for her to show us where the purse was worn or where this imaginary stain suddenly appeared from. She could not and would not explain herself. I understand that there are people who buy stuff and play games, but given our history with that store they should know better! We will not be coming to that store any more and suggest that anyone else be very careful when buying any item that might need to be exchanged for another size or model. This is the very first review I've ever felt compelled to make online as I've never experienced such horrible service and attitude to match from that store manager:(
