  • I met with two plastic surgeons in the Vegas area and, honestly, I felt confident in both. I am happy that I chose Dr Alexander for a breast reduction and lift for several reasons: 1. His gallery of images, for this procedure, (which I was shown in office) looked the best. 2. The questions he asked helped me to best describe what I was trying to accomplish with this surgery. 3. He said he doesn't (except in extreme cases) use drains 4. Aggressive pre-op planning with anesthesiologist to minimize my nausea after anesthesia. (In previous surgeries I have become miserably nauseated). I had ZERO nausea 5. Personal calls from Dr Alexander and Dr Hughes (anesthesiologist) the day prior to surgery to explain what to expect and address concerns. 6. Thorough post op plan for pain, comfort, follow up, etc. 7. His staff is fantastic... kind, professional, prompt, great communicators. They are just lovely. 8. And finally... AMAZING RESULTS!!!
