  • Terrible customer service. My home warranty (American Home Shield) dispatched this company. My air conditioner went out on June 4th. I immediately called. This company did not respond right away. They took two business days before they came out to check the ac. They needed to order a part. This took them another business day to report to the warranty company. The part took several days to get to them. I called to schedule service, they told me they could no do it without inspection of the part. After they got the part, it took them four more business days (and a heat wave weekend) before they would even schedule the repair. My repair isn't complete. It's supposed to be fixed today. The guy was dispatched two hours ago. He isn't returning my call neither is the company. I've never been treated so poorly. If I was paying cash I bet they'd respond quickly. Instead, they act like I'm a pest. If they don't want to do warranty work they shouldn't do it. Don't use this company if you have the option. They could care less about anyone.
