  • I just wanted to highlight the great experience I had today at the Active Green and Ross on Sheppard Ave E (just east of the DVP). I brought the car in this morning with the check engine light on, which is never a good thing (especially when you're a woman walking in on your own). Art (the owner) explained in detail the process he would go through to diagnose the problem, and then systematically used process of elimination to determine the issue, starting with what we would have needed to service anyway at 50,000km. Art kept me updated through the day, and the car was ready sooner than expected. The service was friendly, the staff knowledgeable, and my car was taken in and fixed on a busy Saturday without an appointment. All in all, a two-thumbs-up experience!
