| - UPDATED AGAIN:
I am warning everyone, if you take your car here you better know your car and the condition it was in inside and out prior to them working on it. Take as many pictures as you can as this place will damage your vehicle and play it off like it was like that when you brought it. I'm talking about inside, outside, all body and interior panels and everything in between. In fact save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else. Paul I felt was a genuinely nice guy and really did want to make this work for me, as for the rest of his staff I did not feel the same way at all. If Paul could clone himself I think this would've been a better experience but unfortunately this was not the case. After leaving my car for 6 days I came to pick it up with my driver side window basically sideways and popping off my door panel, I told Meme this who immediately started distancing herself from the situation (by this point in time I had dealt with her so much and had a sense of her character and costumer service skills and did not want to talk to her so I asked for Paul [General Manager].) Paul came outside and Greeted me in the friendly manner that he does, I explained to him that I did not drop my car off with my window like this and began to explain that I knew what had happened since it had happened to me a couple times before and I had to fix on my own. My window slipped the track it rides along inside the panel; Meme then ran into the office and ran back out saying "we have a dated photo showing that it was like when you dropped it off" (Half of me wanted to laugh at her and the other half of me wanted her to go get the phot since I knew she was lying) but the anger in me took over and I just told them I wanted it fixed (should've made her get the photo but whatever). Paul had one of his techs come and take it back in but instead of trying to fix it correctly the a*****e tech just pulled my panel WHILE IT WAS STILL BOLTED TO THE DOOR FRAME away and half-a** "fixed it" (not fixed at all by the way, I will have to fix myself once I buy a new OEM door panel that will most likely cost $200+ and bolts for tracks) I am not by any means a master mechanic but I know my car and this guy took a short cut and ruined my panel :((((((. Then when Foozi or Fusi or whatever the f**k his name is dropped my car back out front I THANKED HIM like an idiot. I paid for my endeavor and finally had my car back, Meme was so kind to make sure I had paid in full before handing my keys over :)? She then proceeded to let me know that Paul had eaten $80+ in cost for clips for my car. Gee thanks, $80 in clips for a $200 dollar panel, guess that makes us square... I really wanted this to be a good experience but unfortunately this wasn't my experience (btw when I got home I could tell they removed my sideskirts with a crowbar damaging my car some more :)????? How sweet of them.) I was not looking for anything extra out of this shop, just a job well done. That's too much to ask for apparently here. 0 Stars, 2 Thumbs way down. TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS, I wish someone would've told me that.
