The preceding is a list of wordpress.coms 25 "Most Evil People in History"......Coincidenta­lly, This is the same list of people I would tell......"Yea!, go ahead and use Las Vegas Urban Limo, they will give you exactly what you deserve." I reserved their services for my yearly company party. We ended up with 3 different drivers and 3 different limos, lots of confusion and 2 of which were very unpleasant and had rude drivers. I requested an invoice prior to the service as well as after and NEVER received one. A week later I noticed on my credit card statement that they charged me almost 3 times what the original quote was! I ended up paying $965 for a service that was quoted at $365 which was confirmed on the day of service. I attempted, on 5 different occasions, to get in touch with a manager who is apparently never available. and was promised a call back every time......guess what.....not one call back. So after a month of trying to get in touch with Las Vegas Urban Limo. I opened a complaint with the BBB. Not surprisingly,they replied to the complaint with an offer of refunding $100.......are you kidding me? I was so tired of trying to deal with this i gave in and said that would be fine, something is better than nothing, right?......and you guessed it, never got the refund. Tried calling them again but no manager was ever available or returned my calls. So i decided to stop wasting my time and just accept the fact that I basically got robbed.... After reading all of the other reviews on Yelp about Las Vegas Urban Limo Service I guess i should feel lucky to even have had a limo at all! But in hindsight, I wish they would not have shown up. The initial price may be enticing, buy trust me, CALL SOMEONE ELSE! You may pay for it in the long run.
