  • In the world of landscaping, there are many tools. Sometimes you need razor-sharp hand shears to perform delicate cuts on small plants. You may also use an Axe or a chainsaw or even a sledgehammer to remove roots, trunks etc. Just like the tools, Landscape companies also come in a variety of flavors. There are gardeners that get on their hands and knees and hand work the soil and plants and there are rolling crews of serious horsepower that "get er done". I hired Nieto's for the latter category and as I expected, they showed up like a battering ram and delivered. A good sized crew arrived on time, made short work of plant "tearouts", tree removal, large cactus removal, roots included. If this is what you are after then Nietos is a great company to use and you will find their crews to be very hardworking, cost-effective and efficient. If you are in need of smaller more delicate jobs including weeding, they might not be for you. Most importantly, if you have a large tree in need of trimming then I beg you to hire a certified arborist. Large tree trimming is as much of an art as it is a science and though a certified arborist will be many times more expensive, they deserve and earn it. After seeing trees butchered in Phoenix for years, I am amazed that so many people continue to let anyone trim a centerpiece of their landscape. Service your trees correctly and then you can skimp on other areas if needed. Nieto's is a hard working company that provides good value. Use them as advised above and I think you will be happy with their services like I was.
