  • Today we planned to spend about $800 starting in the flooring department. After waiting 30 minutes for the employee to finish chatting up the woman about carpet, we thought he was actually going to help us.He knew we were there. He was standing in cront of the help button. He finished, gave her his card, she left without buying anything....he turned to leave. I called to him and he went up the isle. This was 30 minutes wasted waiting for someone to help. The only other employee we saw said they'd be back to help us 15 mins in. Never saw them again either. We will be going to a different store. Your store gets one star for the kind young man at customer service who listened and took my payment for credit card. I may be a woman, but guess what!?! We do home repair and related projects too! Update: We spent about $1150 at another store
