  • Prior to ordering double sided business cards online I asked the chat support if they could expedite my Tuesday morning order to be deliveries by Friday. While I never received the tracking number I was very worried. On Friday I received an email confirmation with the packed JUST being shipped from the warehouse. On Monday morning I knew there was no way we were getting our business in time for a Tuesday meeting so I ordered SAME DAY business cards that said they would be done by 7PM. Tuesday morning (today) I came in to pick up the cards and they were not completed. Alex was very helpful, fast, and friendly at getting them finished since the day before team dropped the ball. Aaron the Manager on Duty was also awesome at saving the day. 4/5 stars due to the Monday crew not finishing the job on time.
