  • When we move in today, the apartment wasnt even clean. The carpet stink with pet ordor, the windows are filty. The vinyl are lifting from water damage. The main electrical box glue shut!! Like WTF?! Are they even cleaning it at all? How can a tenant live in this stinky place? Are they not notice the smell when they clean the place? This is just gross! The customer service are a joke. They need to do a better job on NOT LOSING TENANT PAPERWORKS and thrn TELL THEM TO DO ALL OF THEM AGAIN! The maintenance is THE WORST. They need TO KNOW WHO TO PRIORITIZE, im moving in today and the place is a mess and they're not even come in to fix the problem yet. Do yourself a favor and THINK TWICE about living here. I can just move to another place if they return the money,which they will not. So bad, the worst experience ever. Atleast train your staff better so they know what they're doing!
