  • Dec 8, 2017 - job was completed. My bathroom is stunning. I am happy with the final result. The owner of the company has advised me that they have taken actions to resolve the problems that led to our project issues. July 14 - No one from NXS has done any work this entire week. Was told tonight next work scheduled for Jul 24! 2 weeks and 2 days and zero work done. June 29 - no one on my job today. June 28 - my front yard after everyone went home. Zero respect for our home. Contracted in April with $17k deposit for an est 3 week masterbath remodel. Started May 30th with another $7k paid on Jun 1st. My floor tile selection wasn't ordered so I had to reselect something with quik delivery. My bathroom windows were not ordered until after the job started, even though we paid the large deposit partially to cover "materials" I bought my own finishes out of my pocket for vanities, faucets, and marble countertops. Pictures with walls are yesterday. Pictures without walls were June 13th. Still need tile installed, shower glass and wall mirrors, all finishes installed, plumbing and electric hooked up. Will update at top as progress.
