  • I am only giving them a one star because I have to give them something! My husband went there with severe neck pain hoping to get an x-ray ( they advertise on there window they do them... and do not state they are limited to what they can do). You go in and pay a higher copay for urgent care as well!!! They can not do the x-ray on his neck so they send him out!!!! He goes and gets it done. No response from Banner that day on his results... ok give them a day. He calls the next day. Thayer said they would have someone call him that day. NOTHING!!!!! That was Tuesday! He calls Thursday. They give a quick explanation of what was wrong and says to pick up his x-ray. Today is Friday they open @8am. He is there waiting for 20 minutes! Then this guy comes out &says we can't give you an X-ray there is no one here yet to do that!!!! My husband looked at him unbelievable & how presumptuous!!! The lady at the front desk told him he was there to pick up his x-rays not have one!!!! He still did not get them!!! Shame on you Banner ! He is still in so much pain. He can't even get a Dr. appointment today! This place was horrible to my husband.... BEWARE!!!! Now they are charging for X-rays! He never had them done there! They sent him somewhere else! Now I have a bill for that! Unbelievable!!!
