  • These people are the laziest, most dishonest, incompetent people in this world. Over the past year they have lied to me about price, they have billed me in error countless times, their infrastructure is crumbling such that have lost service countless times and now I can't get them to discontinue my service without them trying to gouge me. They misrepresent everything and they hide behind their customer service number (I would not doubt it if they are using prison labor to provide customer service). DO NOT USE CENTURYLINK! It is a criminal organization.
