  • Had butter plumbing out to try and fix my fire place because we couldn't get it to turn on, long story short it was an additional $65 from the original call fee for him to show us it works (nothing broken) The first time I try it myself after the tech leaves and it's still not working for us. So $130 later and my fireplace is not working. I called and tried to be cool and figure it out but they want $65 to send another technician out to do the same thing they already did.. Which means another $130 total, $260 to be shown how to turn my fireplace on.. Was referred by my aunt and we were really let down, I hate posting bad reviews but this is not fair at all.
