  • Called three times in an attempt to set an appointment. When no one answered, we decided to just show up. The first thing that came out of the owners mouth was "are you picking up a dress?" Told her we called three times and her response was, "did you leave a voicemail? We don't answer the phone when there are clients in the store". What?? Doesn't make sense. Poor customer service.
