  • The grocery online ordering and pick up has terrible customer service, lengthy wait times and often charges for missing items! I've done online order and pick up for a few years in Columbus with not one issue, in and out quickly. I moved to NE Ohio a few months ago and cannot believe the experience at this store. Each order is a hassle, generally waiting 15-35 minutes before they bring out your order. It is such a convenient service but I would recommend going to a different store!! They forgot to load a $40 oscillating fan. When I called, they said "Yes, we know. We are looking at the fan now." Yet it is an act of Congress to get corrected. The associate was not helpful, the supervisor didn't follow thru with correcting the order, the next few associates were not helpful and the 2nd supervisor - again didn't follow thru!
