  • When my daughter first moved here 2 1/2 years ago it was a really nice place. I come twice a year to visit and have seen the decline. Garbage littering stairwells and kids out all hours of the night. Yesterday watched six kids in parking lot throwing rocks at each other with no regards to people's vehicles parked. The place went from nice to ghetto since my last visit 9 months ago. Management does not really seem to care about tenants, only their fake facade of getting people in here. It's a shame because it was a nice place at one time.
