  • My MRI was set a week in advance confirmed the day before and then I get here and wait for 30 min then I'm told that they loaned their MRI parts to their Phoenix location and won't get them back till Wednesday. They try calling the Phoenix location to get me in there only to tell me that they can't fit me in until 5 hrs later. Mind you I took time off work to come here and I live 30 min from here. The receptionist was really nice and apologized and seemed really embarrassed even though it wasn't her fault that the techs screwed up. Now I have to take more time off work to come down here Wednesday night.
