  • Dropped my dog off at 12 PM today for a grooming. I had booked this a week in advance. I left my dog there and since they told me it would be 2 hours, and I live 30 minutes from there I just kind of walked around and got something to eat so I wouldn't have to drive home. I went back to Sniffany & Co. at 2:30 PM to pick my dog up and the woman working told me that the groomer hadn't even started on the haircut yet. While I was waiting in the store, I saw the groomer coming from the parking lot, so obviously she wasn't even working on my dog and was off doing something else instead of actually working. They told me it would be 45 more minutes and that they would call me. Finally at 4 PM they called me to come pick my dog up. (I was waiting in the parking lot anyway) There was another customer there complaining that her dog had been there for 4 hours ahead of me. I would not have left my dog in a tiny room for 4 hours had I have known it was going to take that long. Also I could hear my dog barking from the back every time I was in the store, and they closed the back room door so I couldn't see inside. My dog was clearly left unattended in the back room for I don't know how long, and this place is completely awful for treating pets that way. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER. The haircut was pretty bad as well. The cut was very noticeably uneven around my dog's face, I definitely wasn't going to have them fix it though. STAY AWAY!
