  • HORRIBLE!! Is there a zero rating? This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had. I have waited a week to see if we would get any response from both of our major incidents, bedbugs and theft. I thought they would do the right thing but why? Judging from such a poor response during our stay I should have known better. I have been an owner for over 20 years... yes 20! We come to expect our experience to be similar to our Orlando experiences but no comparison. Future guest BEWARE!! We had two major issues which required us being moved 3 times within a 24 hr period. There were numerous small issues, water come UP in the sink, no glassware, dirty sheets, old accommodations, no heat, no remotes, bedbugs and theft from the room. DON'T STAY THERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
