  • I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today at 10am with Ms. Cherry. Ms. Cherry opened the door at 10 and I was the only customer, but just told me to wait. She had a business appointment at the same time. At 10:15, Ms. Cherry called someone on speaker. Happened to find out that the person on the phone was going to see me instead, that was news to me. The person on the phone was told I was waiting, but she just said she'll be there in 30mins or so. The call ended and Ms. Cherry continued with the business appointment. I went outside to make a phone call to KSHP to complaint as I had purchased the certificate for this service at the radio show. At that moment, Ms. Cherry decided to come outside to offer to start my pedi, now it's 10:30. Luckily, KSHP will exchange my certificate. At the same time a young lady decided to leave as well as she had a hair appointment at 10, but also was ignored.
