First Impression: The individual cupcakes and macaroons were good so we'll try to buy an actual cake for our party.
We looked online for the perfect cake that would fit out event. We happened to find one, so we decided to go in store to make our purchase. Our cake was in two layers so we asked for the top layer to be marble while the bottom is red velvet. They added this customization free of charge! Like all stores, the cake required a non-refundable deposit. We chose to pick up the cake from the store, because there is a huge charge for delivery. When we came back to get the cake from the store, it looked exactly what we had expected. The presentation was amazing. So when we finally are the cake, we noticed that it was mostly made out of fondant and the actual cake (red velvet) was very small. Basically, 2/3 of the cake was the fondant while 1/3 was the actual cake (Okay, I might be exaggerating but that's basically how the proportion was). We weren't that really into it, but on the up side, the staff were very friendly and willing to customize the cake. I would definitely recommend the macaroons though!
