Wow what a angry phone call I have with the guy that answered my phone call. AC has gone out I called the home warranty and they tell me to call Fred's. I did the guys answers very rudely tells me he can't come for 2 weeks and I asked how Come the home warranty said you can come tomorrow but your telling me two weeks. He got very rude with me told me I've been doing this all day today and yesterday. I said okay do you need my claim number and he said no why do I need that and I said to write it in your notes for my appointment and he said very rudely why do I need that. Terrible experience.
