  • I just closed my account here because of very poor customer service on my account. This came a week after my girlfriend had to do the same. The Customer service is just not worth the benefits of having a checking account here. The manager on Tropicana/Jones judged my girlfriend and labeled her with some words that I will not post here. I was so extremely upset that I waited a month to write this review. I love the chase sapphire travel rewards card but after this and a number of other extra charges that were not forgiven, we decided to call it quits with Chase. I work in the hospitality industry and have to say I am very patient but when I heard how my girlfriend was spoken to and after I asked politely why these things where being said I almost lost it seeing how the manager basically mocked and made fun of us and the situation. Then when I decided to close all my accounts and take out all my money I had in a saving account she just closed everything and let us go. She did not care about keeping me as a customer. This makes sense because she didn't care when we were a customer either.
