  • You would expect a corporate restaurant to be run better. -waited 3 minutes to be seated because the manager didn't want to take the initiative without consulting with the hostess. the restaurant was practically empty. -confusion on which server had my table. -server took order and never saw her again. Food-servers need to realize they are not just order takers - Order takers work at fast food joints. another tip...check back on your customer within 2 bites or 2 minutes.
