  • DON'T RENT FROM PAYLESS!! They will trick you into buying the additional insurance! When you go to the counter, they are going to ask if you want insurance, and a couple of other options. Even if you say "don't want the insurance" they make you sign a long form (which most people don't have the time to read) and at the bottom in very fine print they list the total amount. They purposely don't put the total in bold so you can see what you are getting charged, and then they say the insurance is non refundable. I've never felt so manipulated.
