  • I had the caprese salad. It was very good. I loved the way they do the tomatoes. I can't even describe it. But it's like a cross between a stewed tomato and a sun-dried tomato. This place is overpriced simply because Vegas loves to slap on a celebrity chef's name to a place and charge 40% more than what one would normally charge. The service was good, the quality was good, and the presentation was very good. I'd go back if there weren't a million other restaurants in Vegas to try.
