  • I went in not knowing what I was looking for or really how much to spend. I have an allergy and needed to know more about what what mixed in with their golds. The guy who helped me was very good and very patient as I took my time looking at several items. He never tried to upsell. My overall experience was great and I got a great ring. He said he would put me in the system for free cleanings. I went last week to Fashion Valley and sure enough I was able to walk in and get it clean. This was a very small purchase but I was treated as if it were high end
