  • The visit to this HRC was pleasant. We sat at the bar. Our bartender Nikki was very personable and fun to joke with and very attentive. The food we had was delicious and prompt. The retail store clerk was ok, but after asking for 2 Hard Rock Cafe Cleveland pins, we discovered at home a couple days later that we were given 1 Cleveland pin and 1 Hollywood pin. Really? Why were Hollywood pins even stocked there?. That was a disappointment as I don't buy things from places I've never been. The parking can be rough. I had to go around the block a couple times before I scored a spot. Overall I'd be back if I ever felt the need to go back to Cleveland.
