  • Thanks to American Airlines, cancellation and then a delay, I had the opportunity to dine at the CC. Yea it's pricey as it's airport dining but I was pleasantly surprised at both the quality and quantity of their food. I had the their burger, bunless, and it was huge, smother with pulled pork and green chili pepper sauce. My burger was cooked Med perfect and to say I can honestly state I am done eating for the day. Saw a couple of other entrees float by our table and they looked delicious as well... Well cancelled flights suck eggs but Cowboy Ciao does not.
