  • I am a designer and I get great service from them. I have a couple of terrific reps I keep in touch with. They have excellent product knowledge, do the research to explain features or find a suitable appliance for the criteria I give them. They treat my clients well. I have accounts with other suppliers too. In order to cover all brands, it's necessary. No issues with them over 8 years. Some appliance issues, yes, but fully resolved in good time.
