  • STAY CLEAR! The very first day we moved into our house the ac was broken. It took them a WEEK to fix this. A week in August without ac is outrageous. We asked for a portion of our rent to be taken off or to be put up in a hotel and we were denied. In addition to this we had a water leak that took them 3 days to fix and went 3 days again without air. We had an AWFUL cockroach problem and they said it is our responsibility to fix it, no matter what I tried it never changed. When we moved into the house it was dirty and still had trash in it from the previous tenants. I just received the security deposit back and it is a joke with the amount of "damages" we are being charged. Save your money and go to another company that will care about you and not only your wallet!
