  • Called ahead to see if I could get a wash and a blow out. The lady said I could come in immediately so I did. After washing my hair she said she didn't really use round brushes and asked if she could blow dry and flat iron my hair I said ok thinking it would look similar however it didn't. Since I had just called I would've thought they would've given me someone who could've done a simple blow out the correct way. Kind of a waste of time and money. I only gave it two stars because the lady was very sweet however that doesn't make up for poor quality service. If they can't blow dry right I wouldn't trust them to cut or dye my hair kinda scary
