This spa was the least pleasant of every experience we had in Vegas over 4 days. We are giving it two stars ONLY because the two massage therapist who performed our 80 minute hot stone couples massage were pleasant and truly skilled. Other than that:
1) Checkin and Checkout staff need a complete overhaul in Customer Service. Try getting the person who runs the Venetian CS department to do some training. These ladies where nothing but snotty and rude, without any sense of humor and just plain unpleasant at every turn.
2) Please add some signage to the mega-mile walkway between the Venetian and the main spa. We get that it's there so we could walk in our robes, not on the casino floor, but all alone in there, you have no idea where you are going and having been scooted on our way by madam rude at the venetian-side checkin desk we really had no idea what was going on. Thank heavens for the very nice Venetian staff gent who walked up behind us and told us were were almost there!
3) Petdi's ok, Pedicure ladies not enjoyable at all.
4) Seriously, you can't get a glass of wine during your pedi? Good heavens, I can get a glass of wine during my pedi and my local home town spa and YOU are in VEGAS!! I should be able to order a mimosa or, frankly, anything while my toes are getting pretty.
Bottom line, this place takes itself WAY TOO SERIOUSLY and ruins the fun-loving and enjoyable mood of the Venetian. Spend your money elsewhere.
