  • Ok...I had my first bad Kopi experience today...the Thai Tempeh panini was just...disgusting. It was gooey, there was way too much peanut sauce, and it was on regular sliced bread (I tend to think of paninis as being made from a more substantial bread like ciabatta or something). It definitely was not worth the $5 I paid for it, and if I'd paid the full price ($7) I would have complained. Lesson learned: don't get the Thai Tempeh panini. I've yet to have a bad drink from here, and it remains a great place to hang out. Still a great cafe as far as I'm concerned, but evidently not everything on their (food) menu is as tasty as their drinks.
