| - The classes are good, but I wanted to confirm something other reviewers have noted which is that the floor is carpeted which I worry is not sanitary. I do not see the room being cleaned between classes, and I'm not sure how they would achieve that since the floor is carpeted. I've noticed hair in the carpet. It's hot yoga, so there is sweat everywhere. I really do feel that this would need to be cleaned for sanitation. If it's not cleaned, it can lead to mold, and it's not healthy to breathe in mold. I will also say that it is located above a restaurant, I believe, and I found this odor unpleasant within a hot room which amplifies the odor effect.
As for the atmosphere, I too noted that the room seemed less hot than other Bikram studios as was mentioned in one review on here. The first time I went I wore a sports bra and shorts which is typically what would be worn at other studios but I felt out of place, so just FYI. In later classes it was less of an issue and more people were wearing the same, but I still think this studio has a good deal of people attending that aren't understanding of this being the normal sportswear for Bikram.
Overall, I went to use my groupon and tried to stay on my mat and off the carpet and had an otherwise good experience, but I did worry about what I was breathing in.
