  • Will not be having a baby here again. Straight and to the point. 1 star for big labor and postpartum rooms, 1 star for the two labor/delivery nurses who were informative/kind/did not cause pain with cervical checks. Labor/delivery unit needs more nursing staff and most nursing staff need to be more kind. Considering all of the good vibes preached during the birthing class at the hospital, it is not what we received during the delivery process. BUT, Postpartum and NICU nurses were extremely patient and kind. Just pointing out the truth. I am usually not one to complain, and I thought I was trying to be as patient as I could be (esp. for a person that works in the medical world).
