  • I have to admit...I'm a bit of a spa snob. I love the spas where you get lockers for your clothes, plush robes, and have a room inside to relax before your massage. I know Zen does not offer these things, and so I never gave them a try...until Groupon, that is. The Groupon deal was a good one - an hour massage at half price. Of course, your experience will depend on your therapist, but I was extremely pleased with Tim. I usually don't like to see men, but Tim completely put me at ease and was just wonderful. He placed a heating pad on the table for my comfort, and the music was playing very softly. He also gave me a massage just like I like them - light and slow. No deep tissue for me - they hurt too much! Tim was never rushed and made me so relaxed that I actually fell asleep for a minute or two (something I NEVER do). After I noted in a prior Yelp review that I would have loved to have a towel to wipe off the oil before putting my clothes back on, they made this change based on my recommendation. Now how's that for great service?! I've updated my rating as a result. Highly recommended!
