  • Two stars because I had my second good exam here. Doctor and techs are great. I even got my calendar messed up and came in on the wrong day, and they still accommodated me easily. Zero stars for what happened next. Last year I replaced my beloved glasses of five years with new frames from this store. Took much longer than the quoted 30 minutes, but otherwise fine. Today I thought I would bring my old frames back to update lenses because I still love them, and they were very expensive when I bought them six years ago. They had me sign a release since I had brought my own frames in, which made me uncomfortable. I shouldn't have handed over my favorite frames, because nearly an hour later (after another 30 minute quote), they returned broken. The woman who had been helping me was great and quite apologetic, but that didn't change the fact that my expensive and special frames are now gone, and all they could offer was a discount on one of their frames. I gave you my frames to do the one job you are there to do, you break them, and then I buy your frames? Nope. When it comes down to it, they are a piece of plastic, and there are bigger problems in the world. But I trusted a valuable item to someone who primarily spends all day putting glasses together, and I left with an hour, my frames, and the $400 they were worth gone. Even though I like the doctor and the staff, I cannot go back there.
