rev:text	Don't make the mistake of renting with these people. I have had the worst most expensive time trying to deal with them. We rented a house with a $1600 deposit and not only did they keep the entire deposit they charged me an extra $3200 to replace the entire house of carpet ( they also charged me $250 to clean the carpet!). The carpet was not new and already had stains and even large bleach spots. Jasen even admitted the carpet was not replaced and a tenant had already moved in! I asked what I could do he said send him an email covering my concerns and he would forward it for a approval to get some some relief. As always with homelovers I never got a response. I then get a letter from a collection agency in Texas. I contact Jasen again and he says I never sent him the email and only if I could provide the original email sent he would help me.. I did have the email and forwarded it to him.. The collection agency would not drop the issue so I paid it.. I then asked Jasen to provide me a letter stating it was paid ( a completely non valid charge) and to this day he still has not provided it. Not to mention when we were there we had several maintenance requests.. Some we had to call 5 times I even get anyone to seemingly help. There was even a time when we were on vacation and they tried to schedule a walk through and charge us $70 because we were a "no-show". When they called we specifically said we were out of town and they scheduled it anyway? All in all we settled with the collection agency for $2500 (on top of losing the complete $1600 deposit) because they said if we paid they wouldn't report it in my credit. After it was paid in full they filed $700 against my credit anyway! . I can't begin to tell you how stressful and miserable this company made me. They continuously pawn everything off on someone else and nothing gets done. There is so much more I could say... But I'm tired of typing... Horrible horrible company... If you are a homeowner and enjoy preying on people maybe this is a good place to manage your property . But if you are a renter... Please don't do it... I promise you will regret it....
