| - Living here at these apartments for a year was not the best(especially when dealing with the management team) but I cannot say it was the worst either. It is definitely a lively place, I never had any issues with anyone, all my neighbors kept to themselves and it was always quiet for the most part. I know that, if it wasn't for the rent being a little high for my living expense and among other things, I would've extended my leasing agreement a little more.
Aside from the experience I had living here, I cannot disagree with some of the reviews here about the management team. I did have my fair share of moments when I had to deal with the management. I can't say that it was always pleasant, especially when trying to call them over the phone. The biggest issue I had with them, was after moving out a couple months ago. I started getting constant calls from a rude collection agency and letters stating, that I owed an extra month of rent along with some utility expenses and extra charges for not turning in my keys ( which I did) from VGV. I was definitely expecting a final utility bill in the mail from the apartments but never received it, instead they sent a collection agency after me. I tried going to the management team personally, to dispute these charges as friendly and calmly as possible two different times, but they just said "we'll give you a call" and turned me away (that call never happened on both occasion).
It wasn't until the third time I went there, that I was finally directed to JJ Sanchez to help me sort these falsely charges. JJ really stepped in to help, made me wish he was working there while I was a tenant still. He had great customer service and very friendly, he listened to what I had to say and helped me reduce all the false charges that was given to me. Even had the collection agency stop calling me. He definitely made my day, anyone with similar issues like this, should just go straight to JJ, he will definitely help you out. VGV is very lucky to have him and should consider looking for more quality people like him. Thank you JJ
