  • I visited Dean's Place for the first time on a friend's recommendation. A GOOD friend! Dean's is quite a nice place - we arrived at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon and this being our first visit, we started to order dinner, which is not available until 4pm. No problem, they served us dinner, anyway - most accommodating! Food is VERY good. The Italian meals came with soup or salad (we chose salad). My husband was impressed that the lettuce was torn into bite-size peices. My dish came with olives and they were pitted! It's little details like this which make this restaurant special. Service was outstanding with our beverages being constantly replenished. Too bad we didn't have room for dessert - they looked great. Next time we'll definitely save room. And there WILL be a next time even though it's quite a drive for us. We can't wait to try the lunch menu. The Buy One Entree, Get the 2nd Free coupon appears every Wednesday in the LVRJ. Enjoy!
