  • Grandma used to semi toast the tortillas for our tacos in Guatemala. Never have I found a place that does that. Thank you aunt enchiladas for giving me a ratatoui moment. Bringing me back to my country. The staff is not only top notch but Marcia made an effort to talk in Spanish with no accent at all. It was beautiful. I think I will come back several times, specially when I get homesick.
