  • Highly recommended to anyone who understands and appreciates high quality steaks and excellent service (fast, attention to detail, great recommendations, professional). This is MUCH better in both quality and service than Jean George's at ARIA. I would highly recommend any of the steaks, as well as the mashed potatoes, mixed drinks, rice pilaf, and chocolate cake desert. The seafood was also very good we ordered some of the shrimp wrapped in bacon (highly recommend) and a raw tuna dish (strong flavor, wasn't my favorite). Two very small improvements I would make would be to add a few vegetarian options, I know it's a steakhouse but we had two vegetarians in our party. And a more affordable/basic section to the wine menu, I think the cheapest glass was $16 and bottles were around $70. I'd say about $80 a head is what you can expect to spend here, totally worth it!
