  • ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!! A LIFE SAVER!!!! Arizona, July, 8 PM, 94 degrees outside, a major storm hits and our AC stops working. The house temperature starts to heat up immediately.. I called four different AC repair companies listed on Yelp. No one picked up, not that I was really expecting any help at that hour on a Friday night but I was getting desperate. Then, I called a friend of mine who is a well respected contractor (Mondragon Design & Build) and he gave me the number of his AC contractor, Steve of Maricopa AC & Heating. I called him at 9:30 on a Friday night, and he answered the phone! I explained the problem to him, and he took the time to explain the likely issue and told me to keep the unit turned off. I basically begged him to come over as soon as possible and he said he'd make me his first visit at 7 AM. He showed up EXACTLY at 7 AM, got on the roof, and by 7:08 AM, the AC was working again! Relief! Steve couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and professional. I highly recommend him.
