rev:text	I would not recommend living here. we just moved out at the end of May 2016 after one year. from the start we were finding 5-6 crickets in our apt on a DAILY basis. the last month or two we lived there, we were finding at least a few cock roaches per week. & we are NOT dirty people!!! we're very clean! so we were already paying $1130 per month, which is WAY too much for a 2 bedroom in Vegas. a couple months before we moved out, they got new management, & our rent was going to go up around $150-$200 per month with pet rent included. originally one of the best parts of this apartment complex was that they didn't charge any pet rent or pet deposits.. I think we were one of the few people that picked up our dog's poop, as there was always poo everywhere. upon moving out, we are being charged $600. $500 for carpet, & $100 for paint. let me just say that this is literally the crappiest, ugliest, cheapest carpet I have ever seen. it stains & gets dirty VERY easily. we even had it professionally cleaned 3 different times, including once right before we moved out. if your budget is $1300, I would recommend renting a house or a badass apartment elsewhere. I would not recommend wasting your money here. I would like to add that the maintenance staff was always super friendly. the office staff was nice.
