  • I went in for a full colour as I purchased a Groupon online. It was a good deal only at $40 but let me tell you, it was a waste of money and my hair suffered at the end! I had highlights before so we agreed on just the roots being done which she said would cost me extra for long hair. Then I mentioned that it shouldn't cost me extra because she's just going to do roots, not the whole hair. I asked for ash blonde colour and ended up with brassy orange roots that she proceeded to blow dry! After I mentioned that it's orange and needed toning, she told me that it will cost me extra to fix it!! After "fixing" I ended up with ugly red-orange coloured roots that cost me another $40 on top of Groupon deal and a trip to another salon to redo my hair! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
